In Transglashphōnē

In Transglasphōnē a co-located telematic performance by the Female Laptop Orchestra, initially performed remotely from London as part of CMMR 2016, University of São Paulo. The piece explores the artists’ “nomadic voices” as migrant women living in London; their languages and accents which escape fixed territories in their everyday life. Audience members at CMMR 2016 were invited to tweet their reflections in real-time using the hashtag #FLOrchestra.
